Our cookery weekend is packed full of stunning food that satisfies both physically and visually. Learn how to prepare and cook creative dishes using a campfire, clay oven, dutch oven and make-do equipment.

Set over two days, the first day includes bread and vegetables, the second is game and fish .
Day 1 breadmaking and wild veg and plants cookery courses
Make bread from scratch in our custom built clay oven and use fresh, local wild plant ingredients to make exquisite cuisine. Locally foraged wild food will be available alongside store cupboard and widely available items to create wonderful dishes you can recreate for friends and family.
Day 1 is totally vegan and great for anyone wishing to learn animal free meals.
Game preparation and cookery in the morning, seafood preparation and cookery in the afternoon of day 2.
Learn how to create beautiful plates of food from local seaweeds, shellfish and seafood – expertly prepared and presented using the most basic of tools.
