Nature has such an abundance starting as the days start to draw out and soil gets warmer, we run our courses from Spring to Autumn to maximise harvests. We also run cookery classes so you can get the most out of your new found ingredients.
If you prefer, you can book Fraser for a private forage or forage and cook. He will come to you and you can forage in your local area to learn what is on your doorstep. For the same cost per person as attending a course, plus travel expenses, you get the benefit of extensive Fraser’s knowledge and experience in your chosen location. It doesn’t have to be somewhere familiar to you, maybe you are planning a holiday cottage stay in the Cotswolds, Fraser can come to you and add an educational day to your holiday – something the whole family can enjoy and learn from.
The Wild Food Weekend also features a forage and cook Inland Plants, and our Outdoor Cookery Weekend run over two days, has one day where foraged plants and veg are cooked along with a Wild Breadmaking Course – the wild food will already be foraged, you will prepare, cook and eat.
